      <image:caption>Rachel Reich, MS, L.Ac., LMT, NCCAOM Rachel holds a Masters of Science Degree in Acupuncture, maintains New York State licensure in both massage therapy and acupuncture, is a Diplomate in Acupuncture, and is both nationally and board certified, through the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). She is a graduate from the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences, in Manhattan, the leading massage school in the country and one of first schools in the country to teach Classical Chinese Acupuncture. Rachel continued her education with Jeffrey Yuen (a Master of Chinese Medicine and 88th generation Taoist Priest), receiving certifications in Herbal Medicine, Medical Aromatherapy and Chinese Dietary Therapy. She has completed a 2 year program with Tom Bisio and Frank Butler of Zhen Gu Tui Na, in Martial Arts Medicine and Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage) for the treatment of muskulo-skeletal disorders and injuries. She has completed a 2 year Advanced Chinese Herbal Program through Daoist Traditions school in Asheville, NC. She has also studied advanced programs in women’s health, infertility and pregnancy related issues. Rachel has experience in treating back pain, sciatica, rotator cuff injuries, post surgery recovery, knee pain, cancer support, various digestive disorders, anxiety, migraines and more. She also specializes in the treatment of pre and postnatal women as well as women’s gynecological issues. She has experience treating a wide variety of pregnant women ranging from healthy pregnancies to high risk pregnancies. She has worked with women having twins, triplets, has done home and hospital visits for women placed on bed-rest, and has served as a doula combining massage, acupuncture and aromatherapy for labor support.    Rachel, mother of two children, was born and raised here on the North Fork of Long Island. She feels passionate about sharing her knowledge empowering others to be their own health advocate and make informed decisions regarding their lifestyle. She firmly believes that acupuncture, massage Therapy and herbal therapies combined with diet and exercise are essential for health maintenance, physical and emotional well-being.</image:caption>
